- This is a non-smoking villa.
- A 12.5% USVI tax applies.
- A 5% administrative fee applies.
- A $150 cleaning fee applies.
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- Full payment by credit card plus 5% credit card fee for reservations with arrival in the next 60 days.
- Cancellations: We will refund your deposit in full provided your cancellation is made via email, or letter, 60 days prior to arrival. No refunds for early departures.
- Until confirmed, rates subject to change without notice.
- You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
- No pets.
- Check-in after 3:00pm; Check-out before 10:00am.
